Inspired by nature. Shaped by global culinary diversity.
Kitchen Botanica is a whole-food, plant-centric experience.
Inspired by global culinary influences, traditions, and cultural diversity. I create bespoke menus that are delicious, vibrant, healthy and accessible.
Designed for retreats, wellness days, small gatherings, and shared tables, I work to create food as wonderful and colorful as the cultures, and the people who inspired them.
What I do
“I was thrilled to discover Gio from Kitchen Botanica for our Hygge Retreat earlier this year - she has a lovely personality and was a delight to work with.
Gio’s menu was also the perfect mix of delicious, seasonal, warming and balanced which everyone loved - she was also super flexible and accommodating as the property requested ‘vegan’ only meals and she also had to balance meal prep with a sourdough workshop running in the kitchen at the same time!! Gio really was like one of the retreat gang - what fun we had thank you - I hope we can work together again soon”.

Dietary preferences and restrictions
-
Kitchen Botanica specialises in whole-food, plant-centric cooking. Most of our menus are entirely plant-based (vegan), celebrating vegetables, grains, pulses, fruits, flowers, herbs and spices.
For some retreats and private events, we can also prepare carefully selected vegetarian dishes that include eggs or dairy, if this best suits the needs of your guests. Whatever the menu, plants always remain at the heart of every meal.
-
Our kitchen regularly uses nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and gluten. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the absence of these allergens and are therefore unable to cater for guests with allergies to them.
If you or your guests have any other food allergies, please get in touch before booking and we'll be happy to discuss whether we can accommodate them safely.

We can often accommodate:
